Mental Health

Mental health problems can affect anyone, at any time. We believe that mental health is everyone’s business.

If you are struggling to support your child, or your own mental health, please talk to us. The resources below may also help:
There are lots of resources on the Place2Be website, including simple ways parents and carers can encourage their child to express themselves through baking, drawing, dancing or whatever has helped them get through the past year.

Supporting children and young people with their mental health is a key priority for Cheshire East council and its partners, and lots of support is available locally which can be accessed online at www.cheshireeast.gov.uk/mentalhealthinfopoint

For urgent support children, young people and their families can call the Mental Health Crisis Line on 0800 145 6485 24 hours, 7 days a week
