Harvest Festival

A wonderful day of celebration today. The reception children dressed up as scarecrows and sang, Mr and Mrs Sheton provided a plethora of beautiful vegetables as a backdrop for our festival; children were very excited to buy the vegetables; year 6 used our own school- grown apples to make apple crumbles; families donated a huge amount of food for Hope Central and the Elastic band played - and that was all in the first 45 minutes of the day! 

Each class had a collective worship to celebrate God's wonderful world and then we joined together in the hall to eat and explore vegetables and then have some indian dancing!! 

What a fabulous day!
